NotesIf you pay extra EUR0 20,00 per night for the Air-purifier + the extra deposit you get permission to smoke. Your room is private but inside a 3 rooms apartment. You share the main-door + hall with 2 other private studio-rooms that you also can rent if your group is 4 or more persons. Enjoy our reasonable prices without extra expense for restaurant or room-service. Do not expect in the Apartments any Hotel-services but comfort, privacy, large rooms, extra kitchens + good sleep with no noise from traffic, music. For the budget-prices you receive clean bed-linen, clean cooking-equipment, clean rooms. Do not expect high-standard furniture or new pots, plates, cups, glasses. Dishes, cutlery and pots are basic.

Reservation PolicyWe will phone you first before we send an invoice for your down-payment.
Give us a correct phone-number where we can reach you within 4 hours after sending your reservation-request.

We always E-mail the real photos of the room + map location + rental-conditions + instructions route from airport or train-station BEFORE you pay.

To secure a booking you have to pay first night within 24 hours. There are 2 methods of payment.

1 = Through www.paypal.com (an eBay Company) by credit card on-line.
We E-mail you an electronic invoice to make the payment using your credit card.
You can make PayPal payments with or without having a PayPal account.

2 = If you can not pay through PayPal or if you prefer to pay by International Bank-transfer.
We E-mail the IBAN-account number + the international bank swift-codes of the Beneficiary.

The other nights ( the balance ) you pay 7 days before arrival by International Bank-transfer or in case of last-minute IN CASH when you collect the keys.

After your 1e down-payment is received we E-mail a voucher.

House-keeping reserve 30 minutes on specific time to hand-over the keys at the apartment.

Check in time = between 15 - 21 p.m.
Check out time = between 07 - 11 a.m.

Other times on request with extra charge + special conditions.

A key-deposit has to be paid IN CASH at arrival.
The deposit to refund to you when you return keys + accommodation in good condition.

Always inform us about the exact time that your flight or train is scheduled to arrive and to depart from Amsterdam.

Taxi pick-up is a option.

Cancellation PolicyThe first night will not be refund.

You have to transfer the final payment 7 days before arrival.
If not and payment is not received 3 days before arrival the accommodation will be made again available for other clients to book.

If the final rent is not received 3 days in forward you have to accept alternative options
IF the original room is booked by another client.

In case of a larger room you have to pay the extra price.
In case of a smaller room you get refund the difference in price.

Please make sure that you print-out and hand-over our voucher to receive the keys.

Re-confirm by E-mail 48 hours before arrival that you received the voucher and
what will be the exact 30 minutes period that you like to collect the keys.

In case of any delay phone house-keeping-service to make a new arrangement.
